LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a growing manufacturing organization to hire an experienced Plant Controller for the leadership team. This high-impact role provides direct exposure to executive leadership and a seat at the table for shaping financial and operational strategy.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly/quarterly/annual closes, GAAP compliance, ERP financials (SAP), and tax planning.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong GAAP, financial reporting, FP&A, tax, and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with SAP ERP and finance analytics.

We are partnering with a growing and innovative manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Plant Controller to join its leadership team. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence both financial and operational strategy.

Functions / Experience:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support business growth and strategic objectives.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership for informed decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and company accounting policies.
• Oversee tax compliance, filings, audits, and tax planning initiatives to optimize the organization's tax position.
• Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, cost controls, and overall financial performance.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls, risk management practices, and audit readiness.
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent credentials preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, FP&A, tax, and compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and advanced financial analysis tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
