Job summary

KORE1 seeks a hands-on Senior Financial Controller for a growing healthcare and distribution business in South Florida. The role oversees monthly and annual close, financial reporting under US GAAP, and leads a small finance team while partnering with Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement to optimize processes and controls.

The ideal candidate has ERP implementation experience, strong inventory accounting skills, and a track record of automating finance workflows in a high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting background with hands-on US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience leading monthly and annual close processes.
• Proven ability to redesign processes and scale accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-entity close process and consolidated reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules for GAAP reporting.
• Lead ERP implementation/migration and drive process improvements.
• Improve inventory accounting, AP/AR flows, and internal controls.
• Partner with CFO and cross-functional teams to enable growth.
