You will partner with Finance and cross-functional leaders to translate data into actionable insights and guide decision-making.

The role requires strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, and ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or similar finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial planning software.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets; conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and risk assessment.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes; analyze data and market factors for projections.
• Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Build financial models for different strategies and scenarios.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure accurate reporting.
• Suggest process improvements and enhance data integrity and tools.
