The role partners with Finance and cross-functional leaders to turn data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and improve business performance. Strong communication, analytical skills, and business acumen are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A or similar finance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
• Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes aligned with company goals.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Build complex financial models for different scenarios and business cases.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data integrity.
