Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate, Finance Analyst in Business Banking Lending Finance to translate lending performance into executive insights.

You will combine management reporting, dashboard design, and financial analysis to explain results and identify actions leaders can take. You will work in a high-visibility environment where curiosity, sound judgment, and attention to detail matter as you strengthen definitions, controls, and data quality while reducing manual work

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in finance analytics or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Tableau/Alteryx.
• Ability to translate financial results into executive insights.
• Experience with dashboards and management reporting.
• SQL experience for data querying.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance management reporting and dashboards for finance leadership.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly variances across originations, balances, pricing, credit, expenses, profitability, and portfolio trends.
• Develop executive-ready commentary and recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Strategy, Risk, and Operations to validate conclusions.
• Deliver ad hoc strategic analyses on profitability, portfolio behavior, pricing impacts, credit strategy changes, forecast risks.
• Automate recurring reporting and strengthen data quality and controls.
