JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Senior Associate in Business Banking Lending Finance to transform pricing decisions with finance analytics.

You will support pricing analysis, forecasting, and management reporting across retail and wholesale lending, translating business cases into actionable financial insights for leadership. You will partner with Product, Risk, Credit Decisioning, Legal, and Compliance to govern pricing parameters and deliver scalable governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in finance, analytics, pricing, or business management.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, accounting, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to solve complex problems using data-driven analysis.
• Operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Experience developing business cases connecting analysis to decision-making.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong data analytics capability.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data.
• Improve processes, support automation, and partner with product teams.
• Attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Credit Decisioning, and Risk to support pricing strategy from concept through monitoring.
• Develop and maintain financial models and tooling with clear documentation and controls.
• Evaluate pricing and discount requests through profitability and ROE analyses; document recommendations.
• Support core pricing economics by governing key economic, capital, and expense assumptions.
• Refresh pricing parameters to update rate grids, floors and ceilings, segmentation, and other pricing levers.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and deep dives on pricing trade-offs across rate, volume, risk, and profitability.
• Own management dashboards and reporting; modernize via data centralization and user tools.
