Qualifications

• Must have strong SQL and at least one analytics language (Python, R, or SAS).
• Demonstrated ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations with quantified impact.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around decisions.
• Ability to define success metrics and frame problems for actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discrete analytics and business case workstreams for Product Strategy prioritization.
• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement approaches.
• Quantify impact and tradeoffs, including ROI where relevant.
• Develop clear storylines and materials to explain findings and recommended actions.
• Coordinate with Strategy, Product, Marketing, Originations, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Anticipate stakeholder questions and address risks and edge cases in initial work.
• Translate complex analyses into concise takeaways and visuals for leadership.
• Manage multiple priorities with rigor and tight timelines.
