Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, analytics, risk, or financial planning roles.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with econometric and ML familiarity.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel; solid MS Office knowledge.
• Experience with Essbase, Tableau, Alteryx, and Databricks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain forecasting models in line with guidelines and regs.
• Lead model enhancements and evaluate time frames, methods, and assumptions.
• Document model processes for regulatory submissions and leadership reports.
• Support technical documentation and stakeholder conversations on methods.
• Interface with Home Lending leadership and risk teams to drive improvements.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, and training for model implementations.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to advance Home Lending analytics.
