Job summary

• 7+ years of relevant financial services experience.

• Experience leading global teams and building cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and ongoing planning for expense and headcount budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive headcount capacity planning by identifying productivity opportunities, improving model accuracy, and partnering with operations.
• Proactively analyze financial performance drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Develop financial business cases for new initiatives and investments.
• Oversee month-end financial reviews, tracking and reporting key performance metrics and communicating results.
• Identify process efficiencies within the team and operations, improve data quality, and increase reporting effectiveness.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicating and presenting to various levels of stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a global team by providing coaching, feedback, and strategic guidance.
