Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Associate on the Corporate Finance team to own planning, forecasting, and analysis for total compensation across Uber's global workforce.

You will partner with Compensation, Equity, Benefits, and People teams to pressure-test the assumptions behind our compensation cost base and translate them into the consolidated forecast used to manage the P&L, margin, and profitability commitments.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant subject
• 4+ years of proven experience
• Advanced experience with Excel/Google Sheets, including driver-based financial modeling
• Prior financial and/or analytical experience, including FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or operations
• Self-starter with attention to detail and swift, high-quality execution

Responsibilities

• Own the compensation and SBC forecast - Build and maintain the consolidated forecast for compensation and benefits across annual, quarterly, and monthly cycles
• Own share count and dilution analysis - Maintain the diluted share count forecast and quantify the dilutive impact of compensation decision
• Partner with the People organization - Serve as the Finance counterpart to Compensation, Equity, Benefits, and People Analytics, bringing a P&L lens before decisions are finalized
• Support leadership and improve the process - Feed assumptions into the consolidated forecast, long-range plan, and profitability targets, and build scenario analyses
