Uber is seeking a Strategic Finance professional for the Tech Finance team to scale financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities enabling data-driven decisions across Tech and Finance leadership.

You will partner with leaders to forecast, model, and operationalize insights, while collaborating with accounting on management reporting and staying adaptive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS or other relevant subject.
• 2+ years of proven experience.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Prior financial and/or analytical experience including FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or operations.

Responsabilités

• Financial & Operational Planning: Partner with company leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals.
• Partner with the business: Apply business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision-making on new initiatives, products, and opportunities.
• Sophisticated financial modeling: Break complex business problems into components and build models from scratch or improve existing models.
• Strategic Thinking & Execution Excellence: Partner with the team to execute projects and operationalize insights.
• Work closely with accounting to provide input on management reporting needs and better understand actuals.
• Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets.
