Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Associate on the Corporate Finance team to own planning, forecasting, and analysis for total compensation across Uber's global workforce. You will partner with Compensation, Equity, Benefits, and People teams to pressure-test assumptions and translate them into the forecast used to manage P&L, margin, and profitability commitments.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience.
• Advanced experience with Excel/Google Sheets, including driver-based financial modeling.
• Prior FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the compensation and SBC forecast — build and maintain the consolidated forecast for compensation and benefits across annual, quarterly, and monthly cycles.
• Own share count and dilution analysis — maintain the diluted share count forecast and quantify dilutive impact.
• Partner with the People organization — serve as Finance counterpart to Compensation, Equity, Benefits, and People Analytics with a P&L lens.
• Prepare decision-ready materials for executive reviews and drive automation and documentation of core processes.
