Job summary

Ferguson - Seattle is seeking a Logistics Delivery Coordinator III to support high-volume home deliveries in Sumner, WA. You will manage deliveries end-to-end, route planning, and data-driven performance reviews while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 5–8 years in logistics or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and staff. Pacific Northwest operations with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of related experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in logistics or in-home delivery is a plus.
• DOT regulations knowledge preferred.
• Able to build relationships with staff, clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support deliveries from start to finish, serve as expert for questions and issues.
• Route and assign daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
• Track merchandise to ensure accurate handling and delivery.
• Collect and review operational data and performance reports weekly.
• Build strong communication with customers, clients and staff for continuous improvements.
• Ensure daily truck inspections and safety measures are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
