Job summary

ACS Logistics Holdings is seeking an Operations Specialist for Final Mile Delivery in Seattle. This hands-on role supports day-to-day delivery and installation operations, coordinates routes, and ensures timely customer communication.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in final mile logistics, experience with routing software, and strong on-site presence to backstop the market manager during peak periods and high-volume days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in final mile delivery, home delivery, or related logistics role.
• Familiarity with routing software and TMS platforms (Onfleet, Route4Me, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and data accuracy.
• Able to work on-site regularly, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist market manager with daily delivery route management and driver assignments.
• Provide real-time guidance, dispatch support, and issue resolution for drivers and crews.
• Conduct route audits and review performance data for improvements.
• Support POD audits and ensure accurate documentation and signatures.
• Coordinate pre-delivery windows and customer communications.
