Peak Logistics in Maple Valley, WA, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, seeks an Operations Manager/ Dispatcher with a strong can-do attitude. You will manage driver scheduling, onboarding, and may perform hands-on delivery duties to stay connected with the role.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be at least 21 with a valid driver's license.
• Able to maneuver packages up to 50 lbs and enter/exit a van quickly.
• Must consent to a 4-panel drug test and DMV check.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and Manage weekly schedule for drivers
• Hire and onboard Delivery Drivers
• Create and maintain databases/spreadsheets for tracking performance
• Create and manage operation budgets
• Coach and develop drivers based on metrics
• Lead and drive safety and delivery performance metrics
• Track and maintain fleet vehicle upkeep
• Coordinate urgent issues and communicate with Amazon personnel
• Enter data in systems and logs, prioritize calls
• Use GPS and mobile devices to manage routes and communication
