Job summary

KTek Resourcing LLC is seeking a Senior Managed File Transfer (MFT) Engineer with 7–10 years of enterprise MFT experience. You will own complex MFT operations, lead platform upgrades, and drive automation using Axway APIs in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with offshore teams and cross-functional internal groups to ensure reliable file transfers, logging, and secure connectivity across SFTP/SSH, FTPS, and HTTPS. A strong Linux/RHEL background and experience with Splunk are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years IT experience in enterprise Managed File Transfer.
• Hands-on with Axway SecureTransport 5.x.
• Experience with Axway Sentinel.
• Experience with SecureTransport upgrades and migrations.
• Strong Linux/RHEL knowledge for migrations and support.
• Experience using Splunk for troubleshooting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise MFT platforms, primarily Axway SecureTransport 5.x.
• Provide operational support for MFT incidents, requests, problems, and tasks.
• Administer Axway Sentinel for monitoring and troubleshooting file transfers.
• Lead Axway SecureTransport platform upgrades: planning, testing, and validation.
• Develop automation to reduce manual operational tasks and improve reliability.
• Utilize Axway SecureTransport APIs for administration and automation.
• Configure and troubleshoot SFTP/SSH, FTPS, and HTTPS file transfers.
• Perform log analysis and RCA using Splunk; correlate across components.
• Support PGP encryption/decryption and key management issues.
• Participate in migrations involving RHEL/Linux upgrades.
