Job summary

Blattner Energy, Inc. seeks a seasoned Training Leader to design and deliver hands-on construction training for field personnel across nationwide project sites.

You will mentor superintendents, forepersons, and crews, focusing on safety, quality, standard work, and effective instruction methods. Travel up to 50% across the United States is required, with collaboration to keep training materials current and aligned with corporate safety programs and Lean standards.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and field experience.
• Eight or more years of progressive related experience including four+ years leading construction teams.
• Experience creating and delivering construction, safety, quality, standard process or regulatory training.
• Must understand curriculum design.
• Ability to travel 50% to project sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for field personnel across nationwide project sites.
• Collaborate with Talent Development to ensure training aligns with safety programs and Lean standards.
• Champion Standard Work and ensure adherence to safety and quality practices.
• Observe crews to verify standard work is followed and propose improvements.
• Develop leadership capabilities within project teams.
