Job summary

Blattner is seeking a Field Training Lead to design and deliver hands‑on training for Trade Superintendents and crews across the United States. You will facilitate Train the Trainer sessions, mentor leaders, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while coordinating with the Talent Development team.

Travel up to 50% to project sites, develop curriculum, and maintain up‑to‑date training materials within the Learning Hub.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and delivering construction, safety, quality, standard process training.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates active training sessions for field personnel at construction sites nationwide.
• Collaborates with Talent Development to enforce safety programs and project site policies.
• Ensures training materials are up to date and tracked in Learning Hub.
• Champions Standard Work and disseminates lessons learned.
• Observes work crews to verify adherence to standard procedures and identifies improvements.
• Assists site management with development of leadership in standard work, safety and quality.
