Job summary

Blattner is seeking a Training and Development lead to facilitate hands-on training for field personnel across nationwide project sites. You will work with Trade Superintendents and site managers to deliver quality, safety and standard-work training, driving improvements in performance.

You will design curricula, mentor leadership on standard processes, and travel up to 50% to support construction teams and site training initiatives across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in a construction-related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive related experience including four+ years leading construction teams.
• Experience creating and delivering construction/safety/quality training.
• Understanding of curriculum design and training effectiveness.
• Ability to travel up to 50% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for field personnel and trade crews at construction sites nationwide.
• Coordinate with Talent Development to ensure safety programs and project-site policies are followed.
• Keep training materials up to date and report progress via Learning Hub.
• Champion Standard Work and integrate best practices for Safety and Quality.
• Observe field crews to ensure compliance with standard work and drive improvements.
