Blattner is seeking a Learning & Development professional to train field personnel across nationwide project sites. The role focuses on safety, quality, standard work, and Train the Trainer initiatives, partnering with Talent Development to ensure effective learning and compliance.

Applicants should have a 4-year degree in a related field and 8+ years in construction leadership with strong curriculum design and training delivery experience, plus 50% travel to U.S. sites.

Formación

• Requires a 4-year degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years progressive related experience with four+ years leading construction teams.
• Experience creating and delivering construction, safety, quality or regulatory training.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates active training sessions with trade leaders and crews on quality, safety, hands-on training, and Train the Trainer sessions at sites nationwide.
• Collaborates with Talent Development to ensure safety programs and project site policies are followed and training is tracked.
• Ensures training materials are up to date and reporting is accurate within the Learning Hub.
• Champions Standard Work and related work instructions and lessons learned for Safety and Quality.
• Conducts observations to verify standard work is followed and identifies improvements with Process Improvement.
• Assists site management with technical training and leadership development in standard work and safety.
