Job summary

Blattner Company seeks an experienced Training Lead to design, deliver, and coordinate hands-on training across U.S. construction sites. You will mentor Trade Superintendents, Forepersons, and field staff, driving safety, quality, and standard work initiatives.

Travel up to 50% to project sites, collaborate with Talent Development, and maintain current training materials in the Learning Hub. Strong curriculum design and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent
• Eight or more years of related experience including four+ years leading construction teams
• Experience creating and delivering construction, safety, quality, or regulatory training
• Understand curriculum design
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to project sites across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions with trade leaders and crews on quality, safety, hands-on training, and Train the Trainer sessions at sites nationwide
• Collaborate with Talent Development to ensure adherence to corporate safety programs and policies
• Update training materials and track training within the Learning Hub
• Champion Standard Work and ensure consistent application across projects
• Observe crews to verify standard work sequences are followed and documented
• Assist site management with technical training and leadership development at standard work, safety, and quality
• Coordinate with Process Improvement to identify and implement changes
