Job summary

Blattner, a long‑standing leader in renewable energy construction, seeks a Site Operations leader to run day‑to‑day project activities on site. You will oversee field teams, manage cost control and quality systems, and ensure timely procurement and scheduling to satisfy clients.

The role requires a 100% travel commitment with rotations, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multiple trades and site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of the project site under supervision of the Site Manager.
• Leads cost control, quality processes, quantity tracking, project documentation, procurement, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Supervises Field Engineers, Quality personnel, and Project Administrative Assistants to ensure Blattner processes are learned and applied.
• Partners with the project team to understand multiple work disciplines and ensure site compliance with IRA requirements.
