Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Dedicated Meta Field Technician to service a set territory of Retail displays, performing installations, maintenance, and planogram compliance. You’ll work independently in the field, using basic tools and following manufacturer standards to keep displays on-brand and fully functional.

The role runs Monday through Friday starting at 8:00 a.m., with occasional weekend work on notice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components and non-functioning buttons.
• Experience or aptitude for identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations.
• Consistently complete work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform installations, builds, and refreshes including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within SLA timelines.
