Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking a certified Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Field Technician for our Bentonville team. You will perform on-site observation, sampling, and testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, and related materials to support project goals.

You will collect data, prepare field reports, and communicate findings to project managers and clients. A valid driver’s license and at least 2 advanced certifications are required or pursued, with OSHA 10 a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in CMT or related construction materials testing
• High School diploma or GED; willingness to obtain two advanced certifications
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle; ability to lift 40–70 lbs multiple times daily
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus
• Proficiency with basic data collection and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Perform observation, testing, sampling, and inspection of materials on construction sites
• Follow industry standards and testing methodologies for soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, asphalt, and structural steel placements
• Collect data, calculate results, and draft field reports documenting site observations
• Maintain clear communication with site contractors and project teams and participate in meetings
• Receive training in ECS methodologies and document findings accurately
