Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to evaluate, test, and maintain combustion systems at customer sites, delivering high-quality service while ensuring safe, efficient operation.

You will work remotely from the Cleveland area with 70–80% travel to customer locations domestically and internationally, reporting to the Field Service Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and system reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools and schematic drawings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel 70%–80% to customer sites domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
