Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service by evaluating, testing, and maintaining combustion systems at customer sites. You will report to the Field Service Manager and work out of a remote location with substantial travel.

The role emphasizes resolving service requests, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining strong customer relationships; travel to various customer sites domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electronic and mechanical technical knowledge.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software, and working with schematic drawings.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel 70–80% to customer sites domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of combustion systems at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support improvement and customer satisfaction.
