Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service and support for combustion systems at customer sites. You will work remotely from the Honeywell facility with extensive travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities include testing, maintaining, and diagnosing systems, documenting activities, and supporting continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools and schematic drawings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing and able to travel 70% to 80% domestically and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites after Honeywell training.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
