Job summary

Everon is seeking a skilled technician to service and repair low voltage panels, wiring and devices at customer sites. You will troubleshoot complex issues, provide expert operation instruction, and perform detailed system testing to verify signals and performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in the field, mastery of intrusion, fire, CCTV and access control systems, and a solid grasp of local and national codes. Strong documentation, safety knowledge, and on-site problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Vocational Training completed.
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• Mastery of troubleshooting commercial intrusion, fire, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Strong knowledge of local and national codes.
• Ability to read plans and install panels, boxes, and wiring.
• OSHA/HAZCOM knowledge and code comprehension.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening.
• Ability to read and interpret English diagrams and policies.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot and repair low voltage panels, wiring and devices.
• Provide reliable customer support and instruction on system operation.
• Perform system testing and signal verification.
• Maintain truck stock/inventory of equipment and tools.
• Organize resources to ensure efficient task execution.
• Ensure progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Document service activities and hours worked.
• Submit task-related activities and productivity records on time.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Handle additional projects as assigned.
