Job summary

Everon is seeking a skilled technician to service and repair low voltage panels, wiring, and devices. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, providing high-quality customer support, and performing system testing and documentation.

Candidates should have a minimum high school diploma, 3+ years of experience, and NICET certifications related to fire alarm systems. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Three (3) or more years of experience.
• Mastery knowledge of trouble shooting commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom access control systems.
• Working knowledge of local/national codes.
• Read plans and use tools to install panels, boxes and wiring.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot and repair low voltage panels, wiring and devices.
• Provide reliable, high quality customer support.
• Document service hours and task-related activities.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain truck stock/inventory and organize technical resources.
