Qualifications

• Knowledge of troubleshooting enterprise intrusion, fire, CCTV, and intercom access control systems.
• Reading drawings and pulling wires.
• Valid driver's license and ability to clear a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Services, troubleshoots and repairs low voltage panels, wiring and devices.
• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Provides customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools).
• Organizes technical resources to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Ensures progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Documents service hours and work performed.
