Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or Vocational Training.
• 1+ years of experience in related field.
• Working knowledge of enterprise intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
• Reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Installs and troubleshoots low voltage panels, wiring and associated devices.
• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Provides customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains truck stock/inventory and tools.
• Documents service hours and task-related activities in a timely manner.
