Qualifications

• A+ Certification required.
• At least 1 year hands-on laptop/desktop break-fix experience.
• Reliable personal vehicle and car insurance.
• Ability to travel extensively within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Repair laptops and desktops in the assigned metro and surrounding areas.
• Replace hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, and other components.
• Perform whole-unit swaps when required.
• Repair or replace PC peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
• Close service tickets in real time using a company-provided phone.
• Maintain accurate real-time reporting of time, location and activities.
• Travel extensively to customer locations as required.
• Complete required product training and certifications.
