Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation in Fort Smith, Arkansas seeks a senior leader to direct all aspects of F-35 Ebbing ANGB aircraft maintenance and sustainment. You will coordinate multi-company IPTs and serve as the on-site primary contact for F-35 maintenance matters.

You will oversee personnel and resources for safe, efficient maintenance and flight operations, daily launch/recovery, and government coordination, with emphasis on compliance and readiness.

Qualifications

• 12 years minimum fighter aircraft maintenance experience.
• At least 5 years F-35 aircraft maintenance experience (within last 4 years).
• Leadership experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Experience as Qualified Safe-for-Flight or Exceptional Release on fighters.
• Experience with Aircraft Scheduling, Aircraft Records Management, Maintenance Information System, Tool and FOD, Training, Safety, Security, Hazardous Waste Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of F-35 maintenance and sustainment operations.
• Coordinates/directs IPTs across multiple companies.
• On-site primary customer contact for F-35 maintenance matters.
• Manages daily aircraft maintenance, flight operations, and readiness.
• Collaborates with government and LM QA to resolve issues.
• Represents site operations to senior government and officials.
