Lockheed Martin Corp. is seeking a Software Sustainment Program Manager for the F-35 Air Vehicle Sustainment Contract in Fort Worth, TX.

You will oversee a $70–80M annual portfolio, directing cost, schedule, and technical performance, including subcontractor integration and strategic reallocation of funds. As primary customer interface, you will lead program reviews and coordinate with global support teams, ensuring alignment of priorities within fixed budgets and facilitating contract updates

Qualifications

• Experience leading software sustainment programs with cost, schedule, and performance accountability.
• Knowledge of software lifecycle from development to sustainment to retirement.
• Cross-functional coordination across Software, Contracts, Subcontracts, and Business Management.
• Proven ability to manage risk and opportunities in fast-paced government programs.
• Experience with Earned Value Metrics for large programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a $70–80M annual portfolio for software sustainment on the F-35 program.
• Direct cost, schedule, and technical performance, including subcontractor integration.
• Negotiate priorities within a fixed budget and coordinate with USG funding.
• Prepare estimates and operating budgets; maintain continuous engagement for reallocations during performance.
