Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience demonstrating strong technical foundations.
• Team leadership experience and ability to guide engineering teams.
• Knowledge of the Systems Engineering Process and Agile practices (Scrum, product owner, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Act as functional leader for a group of engineers and lead projects or technical tasks within ASA&V.
• Manage talent: staffing, knowledge sharing, career development, performance reviews, training, recruiting.
• Build relationships with team members, direct reports, and stakeholders.
• Support development of tools for F-35 data analysis activities.
