Job summary

Lockheed Martin seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor for the F-35 Program at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. You will manage aircraft production and maintenance prioritization for the Aeronautics Field Sustainment team.

You will guide schedule requirements, supervise daily maintenance, review work orders, ensure compliance with Air Force Instructions, and coordinate with management on status and resources.

Qualifications

• 6 years minimum fighter aircraft experience with understanding of fighter systems and flight line operations.
• At least 2 years F-35 maintenance experience.
• 1 year experience as an aircraft production superintendent or expeditor.
• Experience with programs such as Aircraft Scheduling/Records Management, Job/Maintenance Control, Configuration Control, Maintenance Information System, Tool and FOD, Training, Safety, Security, Hazardous Waste Management or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Guides schedule requirements and production issues for the F-35 aircraft.
• Supervises daily maintenance and flying operations; attends required meetings.
• Reviews completed work orders and issues Aircraft Safety of Flight Releases.
• Ensures compliance with Air Force Instructions and local operating instructions; informs management of progress and issues.
