Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Site Manager to oversee all on-site F-35 contractor support operations at Nellis AFB, NV. You will serve as the primary customer liaison to the Nellis leadership and coordinate with Pratt & Whitney Field Service Engineers to resolve F135 support impacts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience including military and/or leadership.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership within unit, operations, and maintenance communities.
• Experience managing product/system engineering support.
• Proven fighter aircraft maintenance leadership.
• Knowledge of operations in and around operational environment.
• Knowledge of pilot and maintainer systems & processes, and logistics support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site F-35 contractor support operations at the Nellis AFB site.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison to the Nellis Air Force Base leadership.
• Oversee on-site contractor technical services, ALIS, maintenance and training support, and sustainment spares liaison.
• Coordinate with Pratt & Whitney Field Service Engineers to resolve F135 support impacts.
• Manage resources to meet cost goals and budgets; grow technical and professional competence of the on-site team.
• Ensure personnel compliance with program, company, and government policies; coordinate staffing and training requirements.
