Lockheed Martin Corporation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Senior Manager to lead the Major Build Unit for the J860 Aircraft Mate, directing manufacturing activities and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, safe, and compliant execution of F-35 mate and systems install work.

You will manage personnel, set priorities, coordinate with DCMA and JPO stakeholders, and uphold efficiency, quality, and schedule objectives while contributing to a culture of innovation

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in aircraft manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple manufacturing functions (machining, assembly, tool & die, packaging).
• Coordinate recruitment, training, performance assessments, and staffing decisions.
• Provide leadership for the J860 Aircraft Mate, including F-35 construction and systems installation.
• Interact with DCMA, JPO, and other stakeholders to meet program objectives.
