Qualifications

• High School diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years in supermarket refrigeration.
• Journeyman refrigeration certificate may be required in some regions.
• AC/R certification and EPA certification are preferred credentials.

Responsibilities

• Represents Anthony and Hillphoenix brands, managing post-shipment customer experience.
• Oversees regional contractors to ensure prompt response and effective issue resolution.
• Trains regional contractors on installation and maintenance of equipment.
