Job summary

Dover Food Retail seeks a Senior Field Support Specialist to represent Anthony and Hillphoenix brands, building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and regional contractors. You will oversee the customer experience post shipment, supervise field crews, and drive rapid issue identification and resolution on refrigeration equipment.

The role emphasizes in-field analysis, training, safety, and collaboration with product management, engineering, and quality teams to define maintenance

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience and/or 5 years in supermarket refrigeration.
• Journeyman refrigeration certificate may be required in some regions.
• AC/R certification.
• EPA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes knowledge of refrigeration, mechanical, hydronic, and electrical systems to diagnose and guide repairs.
• Trains regional contractors and dealers on installation and maintenance.
• Supervises installation/service representatives during repairs and updates.
• Ensures quality standards through customer visits and follow-ups.
• Oversees new equipment start-ups for new products.
• Travels and coordinates work with 3rd party service providers.
• Travels up to 80% while overseeing contractors and field teams.
