Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Senior Field Support Specialist to support Anthony and Hillphoenix brands across the West/Central region. You will oversee post-shipment customer experience, supervise regional contractors, and lead field investigations to resolve quality issues and support new product starts.

Travel up to 80% is required, with strong refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical knowledge. A high school diploma and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 10+ years in refrigeration or 5 years in supermarket refrigeration.
• Journeyman refrigeration certificate may be required in some regions.
• AC/R certification and EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees field issues and provides resolution recommendations in a timely manner.
• Trains regional contractors and dealers on installation and maintenance of equipment.
• Supervises installation/service reps during repairs or start-ups for DFR equipment.
• Ensures safety guidelines are followed and quality standards are met.
• Coordinates field reports with measurements, observations, and conclusions.
