Job summary

PerkinElmer seeks a Sr. Customer Support Engineer to support Nordic customers from an Oslo-based field-service setup, with remote work across Europe.

The candidate will work across ICP/ICPMS and chromatography product lines, with full product training provided and travel across the region as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a related Field Service role, or similar field.
• Full clean driving License.

Responsibilities

• Performs field service and routine maintenance as required, installing and validating instrumentation.
• Provides onsite user training on defined product groups.
• Repairs, maintenance and validation of instrumentation and accessories.
• Ensures documentation, manuals and service bulletins are up to date and compliant with QMS.
