Field Service Engineer (REMOTE FIELD CO)

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for maintaining a high standard of professional customer support. In this role, the Field Service Engineer will act as the face for the company, ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The role is located predominantly in the CO area.
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field and at least 2 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and providing qualification services in a laboratory setting, OR associate degree in the same fields and at least 4 years of experience.
Must be able to work in a laboratory or controlled environment requiring personal protective equipment (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses). Job pace may be fast and completion demands may be high. Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 25% of the time, occasionally move between labs and other areas, and handle lifting up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds). Vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment required. May operate hazardous waste according to local, state, and federal regulations. May need medical clearance, respiratory protection training, and fit testing to wear a respirator.
The annual compensation range for this full‑time position is $58,760.00 to $87,360.00. Base pay will be determined by internal equity, work location, and individual qualifications such as job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
