Clune Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on major projects, coordinating site access, scheduling, deliveries, safety, and quality in collaboration with the Project Manager. The role involves pre-construction planning, developing detailed schedules, and guiding the field team and trade partners to meet milestones.

The candidate will mentor junior staff, participate in business development activities, and uphold Clune’s safety culture and OSHA standards,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading field operations including scheduling, quality control and subcontractor coordination.
• Solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Conscientious, flexible, and team-first attitude.
• Capable of mentoring and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction scheduling, logistics and planning.
• Develop detailed project schedules and weekly field updates.
• Supervise internal field team, trade partners and owner vendors.
• Promote teamwork and open communication on site.
• Resolve on-site challenges with minimal cost impact.
• Lead RFP responses and presentations.
• Mentor and develop Superintendents and Assistants.
• Support business development and client relationships.
