Clune Construction seeks a Senior Superintendent, Team Leader to drive field execution, scheduling, logistics, safety, and quality in coordination with the Project Manager.

You will lead pre-construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and mentor Assistant Superintendents while upholding Clune’s safety standards and values.

The role emphasizes collaboration with trade partners and client-facing coordination to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-construction scheduling, logistics and planning.
• Ability to build robust project schedules and weekly look-aheads.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-construction scheduling, logistics and planning to guide bid accuracy.
• Create accurate schedules and look-aheads aligning with milestone dates.
• Manage multiple projects with high quality control and field documentation.
• Promote teamwork and open communication with trade partners and vendors.
• Coordinate plans with architects/engineers and validate RFIs.
