Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a General Field Superintendent to lead on-site construction for simple cycle and combined cycle power projects. You will oversee Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, Millwright, and Commissioning teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence from mobilization to turnover.

The role requires a strong track record in multi-discipline supervision on large industrial projects and the ability to drive collaboration across field operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred for related field.
• 10+ years of heavy industrial or power generation construction experience.
• 7+ years in a senior supervisory role managing multi-discipline teams.
• Experience leading simple cycle and/or combined cycle natural gas power plant construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for power generation projects from mobilization through turnover.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of all discipline Superintendents and field management personnel.
• Develop and execute construction plans supporting schedule, cost, safety, and quality objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Quality, Commissioning, and Subcontractors.
