Quanta Power Solutions seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead field execution for large-scale EPC power generation projects. This role provides on-site leadership, coordination, and oversight for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls (I&C), and commissioning interfaces.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of construction experience in power generation or energy infrastructure.
• Experience managing field execution on simple cycle and/or combined cycle power plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, cost control, quality management.
• Ability to travel to project sites across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction activities for utility-scale projects.
• Coordinate field execution across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines to maintain project schedule.
• Oversee installation of major equipment (gas turbines, HRSGs, generators).
• Work with project management, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.
• Manage subcontractors and craft labor to ensure productivity and quality.
• Ensure safety integration and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings and field reviews with contractors and stakeholders.
• Review turnover packages and commissioning readiness requirements.
• Support mechanical completion, system turnover, startup, testing, and commissioning activities through project closeout.
• Travel to project sites as required.
