Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Construction Coordinator/Field Engineer to support planning, execution, and field coordination of simple and combined cycle power projects. This role links engineering, construction, subcontractors, and project management to ensure safe, efficient, quality-driven execution.

The ideal candidate has strong field construction knowledge, top communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction, field engineering, project coordination, or construction management experience.
• Experience supporting large industrial, energy, EPC, or heavy construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites nationwide.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities between field teams, subcontractors, engineering, and project management.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documents for constructability and field execution.
• Assist with short-term and long-term look-ahead planning and progress tracking.
• Support implementation of project quality plans and inspections.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and client standards.
