Quanta Power Solutions seeks a General Field Superintendent to lead on-site construction for simple cycle and combined cycle power projects. You will oversee discipline Superintendents, manage schedules, budgets, and safety, and serve as the primary field liaison with owners and EPC partners.

You will direct civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, I&C, and commissioning support, driving collaboration across field operations to meet client expectations and project milestones.

Formación

• Experience leading heavy industrial or power generation construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage large craft workforces and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C construction work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through turnover for power generation projects.
• Direct and coordinate discipline Superintendents and field personnel.
• Develop construction plans aligning with schedule, cost, safety, and quality goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with PM, Engineering, Quality, Commissioning, and Subcontractors.
• Drive site safety culture through leadership, planning, and accountability.
