Job summary

Hunter Roberts Construction Group in New York is seeking a Superintendent Level 4 for the New York Operations to lead field teams, coordinate trades, and ensure safety and schedule adherence on a major project.

The role requires knowledge of multiple trades, compliance with NYCDOB/FDNY, and experience running foreman meetings, with salary range $105,000–$125,000 and an Equal Opportunity employer statement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of multiple trades and site safety regulations.
• Experience with NYCDOB, NY/ DOB SST Card compliance.
• Ability to train and supervise direct reports.
• Excellent coordination with inspectors, vendors and project team.
• Completion of daily and monthly reports and breakout schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead foreman meetings and coordinate site activities.
• Maintain QA/QC and accurate reporting.
• Develop task-specific logistic plans with team.
• Assist in writing Exhibit A and schedule reviews.
• Manage RFI creation and review ROJ logs.
